What's Inside?
I’ve learned from my research to scientifically train the brain to focus on ‘The Self’ by leveraging the Psychology of Self Care. My podcast - Calm Cool and Connected, is centred around mental health and explores the human psyche by tapping into the power of cognitive behavioural therapy.
It aims to reach as many people as possible to make them understand the importance of self-care and how it is associated with their day-to-day lives! You'll learn in this podcast how to grow through life rather than simply survive it.
